All Missouri Western students residing in the residence halls are required by state law to complete the听听and verification of meningitis vaccination, or have a medical/religious exemption on file. The deadline for the completion is August 1. These forms are to be completed before moving into the residence halls. Students must submit proof of these immunizations and tests to the听Esry Student Health Center.
Students who do not have the immunization and TB form or do not present an appropriately documented and signed medical or religious exemption form, will be removed from their housing assignment.
