º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). NC-SARA oversees inter-state offerings of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs. Complaints, other than those involving grades or student conduct violations, by non-Missouri residents resulting from online courses offered by º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø that are not resolved by the university may be referred to the NC-SARA contact for your state (). NC-SARA’s statement on complaint resolution is within Section 4 of the NC-SARA Manual. Complaints involving grades or student conduct violations are governed by the policies of MWSU and the laws of the State of Missouri.
