Accessing your student bill and making a payment:

含羞草社区 has designated the MWSU email system and the electronic portal听听as official methods of communication to students, faculty, and staff.听 Per the Missouri Western Student Handbook,听鈥淪tudents are expected to check their e-mail accounts and access the MWSU portal at least once per week.鈥澨�Typical e-mail communications sent by Missouri Western include information regarding enrollment, grades,听billing, payments听and campus activities.

To activate your account:

• Go to Missouri Western homepage ()
• Click on听Goldlink听(located under the Quicklinks in the footer to the right)
• Click on听Activate听account
• Enter the username and activation code that was sent to you

Note: 听Invoices will be emailed monthly to your Missouri Western email account. All additional billing inquiries must be accessed through your Goldlink account.

Payment Policy:

• Fall Enrollment (includes yearlong coursework):听Payment in full must be made by 11/1. Failure to do so will result in a hold on your account. A hold will prevent enrollment in additional coursework and obtaining an official transcript.
• Spring Enrollment:听Payment in full must be made by 4/1. Failure to do so will result in a hold on your account. A hold will prevent enrollment in additional coursework and obtaining an official transcript.

Notice:

• Missouri Western鈥檚 Early College Academy aligns start dates with the board-approved institutional calendar. No changes are made without the governing board鈥檚 approval. Partnering K-12 calendars are independent of the University and may differ. Students may withdraw from coursework in accordance with the Add/Drop/Withdrawal Early College Academy schedule.

• Missouri Western鈥檚 Early College Academy dual credit or dual enrollment courses follow the same content and syllabus as the on-campus course. Faculty and instructors are required to use the department approved syllabus. If content change is needed, courses must move through the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee one year prior to implementation. Course materials shall not be altered once determined and approved by the department during the previous semester. No additional cost will be incurred after this point.
