Students receive an original diploma at the time of graduation from Missouri Western however, by completing the request form below, a duplicate diploma may also be ordered. These special order diplomas may only be requested by and issued to the graduate and will take between 3-4 weeks for processing. A duplicate diploma will not be released if any financial obligation exists with the University.<\/span><\/p>\n

All duplicate diplomas are printed on 8\u00bd x 11 card stock, will have the name º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø<\/strong> and include degree, major and graduation month\/year.<\/span><\/p>\n

A duplicate diploma will continue to have the name of the student at the time of graduation<\/strong> unless the previous graduate presents official and current supporting documentation to the Registrar\u2019s office specifying a name change. Once the diploma name has been adjusted the new name will also appear on the student record at the University.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cost for a duplicate diploma is $25.00 and includes domestic* shipping and handling. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Questions may be directed to the Registrar\u2019s Office in Eder Hall 102 or 816-271-4211.<\/span><\/p>\n
