(Your credit or debit card is not charged until your transcript order has been processed, however, a hold may be placed on the funds according to your credit\/debit card guidelines.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSCRIPT TYPES:<\/strong><br \/>\nSelect <strong><em>Undergraduate<\/em><\/strong> if you completed coursework for a bachelor\u2019s or associate\u2019s degree and select <strong><em>Graduate<\/em><\/strong> if you completed course work for a master\u2019s degree. Selecting the wrong transcript type will cancel your order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSCRIPT HOLD:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have a transcript hold you will see a message once you enter your information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VERIFICATION and INFORMATION:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo verify your student record and to process your order, please have the following information:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Student ID Number (G number) or SSN<\/li>\n<li>Birthdate<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at Missouri Western prior to Summer 1985<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>Mailing address<\/li>\n<li>Telephone number<\/li>\n<li>Signature (either electronic or on paper and sent to the National Student Clearinghouse)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ATTACHMENTS:<\/strong><br \/>\nUp to 2 attachments may be included with your transcript request. You will be prompted to upload these documents during the ordering process. The format for the attachments must be PDF, DOC, DOCX, or PNG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOLD FOR GRADES\/HOLD FOR DEGREE:<\/strong><br \/>\nYou may select \u201cHold for grades\u201d or \u201cHold for degree\u201d if you want your transcript order processed after the current semester\u2019s grades have been posted or until your degree has been awarded. If you have a transcript hold, including a balance due for high school ECA students, you will be notified via email and given 10 days to resolve the issue. After that time, your order will be cancelled, and you will be required to submit your transcript order again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DELIVERY OPTIONS and TIME FRAME:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mailed and Pick-Up transcripts \u2013 processed within 2 business days.<\/li>\n<li>ETX (to another school who uses electronic transfer) \u2013 processed within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>PDF \u2013 processed within 24 hours. Adobe Acrobat Reader 2017 or higher is required to download a PDF transcript. You will be sent an order retrieval link which is valid for 30 days (you should open and download the document within this time frame). If a PDF transcript is printed, the word \u201ccopy\u201d will display in the background.<\/li>\n<li>In most cases, PDF and mailed transcripts should be sent to the end recipient, not to the student.<\/li>\n<li>If your student record has coursework prior to Summer 1985 PDF and ETX transcripts are not an option.<\/li>\n<li>Faxing is not a valid option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-title-center fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:31px;\"><div class=\"title-sep-container title-sep-container-left\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#000000;\"><\/div><\/div><h2 class=\"title-heading-center\" style=\"margin:0;\">UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS<\/h2><div class=\"title-sep-container title-sep-container-right\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#000000;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><p>Current students, students who have graduated in the last year and students who have completed coursework within the last year may access an unofficial transcript by logging into <a href=\"https:\/\/goldlink.missouriwestern.edu\/\">Goldlink<\/a>. Go to the Student Records card ~ Unofficial Transcript. Unofficial transcripts are only available for coursework completed after Summer 1985.<\/p>\n<p>Former students who graduated over a year ago or who last completed coursework over a year ago do not have access to Goldlink or their unofficial transcript.
