The annual banquet included the swearing-in of incoming Student Body President Kyle Fuson, junior business major from St. Joseph, and Vice President Reece Christensen, sophomore political science major from Cameron, Missouri.<\/p>\n<p>Organizational award winners were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most Outstanding Academic &amp; Departmental Organization: The Wildlife Society<\/li>\n<li>Most Outstanding Fraternity: Phi Delta Theta<\/li>\n<li>Most Outstanding Sorority: Alpha Sigma Alpha<\/li>\n<li>Most Outstanding Special &amp; Social Interest Group: The Wildlife Society<\/li>\n<li>Most Outstanding Faith-Based Organization: Catholic Newman Center<\/li>\n<li>Glen Marion Community Service Award: Phi Delta Theta<\/li>\n<li>Best New Organization: Legal Studies Association<\/li>\n<li>Most Active Organization: The Wildlife Society<\/li>\n<li>Spirit of the Griffon Award: Alpha Sigma Alpha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Winners of individual awards were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student Organization Advisor of the Year: Dr. Cary Chevalier, professor of biology, The Wildlife Society<\/li>\n<li>Dean Hoff Outstanding Achievement Award:\n<ul>\n<li>Freshman: Cecilia Tackett, Savannah, Missouri<\/li>\n<li>Sophomore Winner \u2013 Paul Granberry III, Florissant, Missouri<\/li>\n<li>Junior Winner \u2013 Mon\u2019tra Qualls-Woods, Kansas City, Missouri<\/li>\n<li>Senior Winner \u2013 Alec Guy, St. Joseph<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding Contribution to Student Senate: Kyle Fuson, St. Joseph<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding Contribution to E-Board: Gillian Evans, SGA Director of Public Relations, Eldon, Missouri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>含羞草社区 is a comprehensive regional university providing a blend of traditional liberal arts and professional degree programs.
