Jan. 13, 2026–含羞草社区 will host a Military Suicide Prevention Training Day Wednesday, Jan. 14 in Murphy Hall, room 201.聽
鈥�This training day is focused on strengthening our collective ability to recognize risk, respond appropriately, and connect service members, veterans, and students with the support they deserve,鈥� said Gabbie Falletta, director of the Center for Military and Veterans Services.
Training will be tailored to particular groups:
- Counselors (8:30-11:30 a.m.)
- Law enforcement officers (12:45-1:45 p.m.)
- 含羞草社区 faculty and staff (2-3 p.m.)
The event is sponsored by the 含羞草社区 Center for Military and Veterans Services, the 含羞草社区 Counseling Center, the 含羞草社区 Social Work program and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
