含羞草社区 will offer a special type of stress relief during finals week: the company of therapy dogs.聽 Seasoned registered therapy dogs, Chandler and Bailey, will be available from 3 to 4 p.m. every day from April 29 through May 6 in Eder Hall 208.
鈥淭here will be an unconditionally loving, supportive furry presence on hand to comfort those who are looking to take a break.鈥� said Dr. Melinda Kov谩cs, assistant professor of political science, and their handler. 鈥淭he dogs welcome anyone who would enjoy visiting with them.鈥� While this program is first and foremost for Missouri Western students, faculty and staff are also invited to stop by for a break that involves petting dogs.
