Publicity Request Form<\/h3>For a one-stop shop, please complete a Publicity Request Form, where you can share your news, achievements and events. Our office can create and send a press release, promote through internal newsletters, University social media and other on-campus channels.<\/p>\n

Griffon Weekly\/Griffon Post E-News<\/h3>Griffon Weekly is distributed to employees on Wednesdays during the school year, and every other Wednesday during the summer. Griffon Post is distributed to students every Thursday during the school year. Submit a Publicity Request Form before 4:30 p.m. Monday for inclusion in the weekly newsletters.<\/p>\n

Mailboxes can be stuffed if the event is open to all residence hall students and is sponsored by a university department or a student organization. The flier must be approved by the Center for Student Involvement. For convenience, please have the fliers folded in thirds. Call 816-271-7101 for a quantity; it is usually around 1,400.<\/p>\n
