Supporting clients within the consumer and life sciences industries, he works closely to develop strategies to assess, manage and activate organizational and behavioral changes aimed at shifting the organizational culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cunning also serves as the chief of staff for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) business development team at Deloitte where he is responsible <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for the initial design and approach to addressing the emerging DEI needs of clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prior to joining Deloitte, Cunning was the talent, learning and organizational development specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim, USA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cunning, a native of St. Joseph, received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration \u2013 Management from Missouri Western\u2019s Craig School of Business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a student, Cunning worked in the President\u2019s Office and says he loved his experience at Missouri Western. As an alumnus, he was a member of the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Network that planned Legacy Day during Homecoming week in 2018 \u2013 helping raise more than $10,000 and becoming the youngest member of the Clock Tower Society, which honors donors who have made Missouri Western a beneficiary of their estate and financial planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In 2019, Cunning was awarded the Alumni Association\u2019s Great Griffon Award for the Craig School of Business and Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He is excited to be part of the Alumni Board and hopes to use his knowledge and talents to help connect alumni back <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to the University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jordan Shadwick \u201909<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jordan (Martinosky) Shadwick \u201909 is an account manager at SJC Marketing in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">St. Joseph. She works to create and implement strategies while utilizing marketing tactics to generate leads and achieve goals to improve outcomes for her clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prior to joining the SJC Marketing team, Shadwick was a talent services event coordinator at Mosaic Life Care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Originally from Nebraska City, Nebraska, Shadwick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies \u2013 Public Relations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She resides in St. Joseph with her husband, Shawn, and her daughter, Evelyn, who will be a sophomore at Bishop LeBlond High School in the fall. Shadwick is an active member of the worship team at Grace Evangelical Church and enjoys participating in community theatre productions with Robidoux Resident Theatre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a student, she participated in the Golden Griffon Marching Band Color Guard, the Mystics Dance Team, was a member of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity and participated in theatrical productions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a proud Missouri Western graduate, Shadwick sees the value of Missouri Western as a pillar of the community. She would like to see Missouri Western fully embraced by the community and hopes that, as a member of the Alumni Board, she can be a positive influence on past graduates to see continued growth at
