Presidential historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jon Meacham will be the guest speaker for the \"https:\/\/www.missouriwestern.edu\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/133\/2019\/09\/Meacham1CREDIT-Gasper-Tringale-PHOTO.jpg\"26th<\/sup> annual R. Dan Boulware Convocation on Critical Issues at º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø this month. His presentation, \u201cThe Soul of America: Moving Beyond Division and Hostility,\u201d will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in the Looney Complex Arena. A contributor to TIME and The New York Times Book Review, Meacham is a highly sought-after commentator, regularly appearing on CNN and MSNBC. Known as a skilled orator with a depth of knowledge about politics, religion, and current affairs, Meacham brings historical context to the issues and events impacting our daily lives.<\/p>\n
