Over the course of the Spring 2025 semester, you will learn about the ecology, history and culture of Perú, with a focus on the tropical ecology such as the lowland rainforest and highland altiplano systems, the culture, language, lifestyle, and challenges of the indigenous Amazonian people, and the Incan culture and history. The course will then spend 11 days traveling in Perú including traveling down the Amazon River, visiting Amazonian tribes and exploring Machu Picchu and the Andes
