Griffon football won on the road for the seventh straight time, dominating Washburn from start to finish on Saturday, 46-21.<\/p>\n
The Griffons used 144 first-quarter rushing yards to jump out to a 21-7 after one quarter, forcing two Washburn turnovers in the quarter.<\/p>\n
The Griffons’ 503 offensive yards gave the program three consecutive 500-plus-yard performances for the first time in MWSU history.<\/p>\n
Shamar Griffith<\/a><\/dfn>\u00a0became the third Griffon back to rush for over 100 yards (113) in the last two weeks.<\/p>\n Rouse became the 15th<\/sup>\u00a0different Griffon to score a touchdown this season, the 14th<\/sup>\u00a0offensive player after\u00a0Jhaidyn Richardson<\/a><\/dfn>\u00a0put the Griffs on the board with his first career TD.<\/p>\n
